Time Travelers
January 19, February 16, March 15, and April 19, 2008. 
Experience working in an 1860’s kitchen and eat in the dining room of the historic Wade House Stagecoach Inn.  Located 6 miles from Plymouth in the village of Greenbush, the site is now a State Park and offers guests an opportunity to cook a meal the same way Betsy Wade did in the later part of the 19th century.  No electricity or fancy utensils.  Guests will be provided with recipes, ingredients, and items needed to create a scrumptious meal.  The best part!  Everyone sits down in the Wade dining room to enjoy the fruits of your labor.  Visit the Wade House website for reservation information for the historic dinner (guests are responsible for the cost of the event).  Stay at the Gilbert Huson House and receive a 10% discounted room rate. Reservations at the Huson House may be for Friday and/or Saturday night.

Civil War Weekend
Festivities commence September 27-28, 2008. Step back in time to the 1860’s and converge with the blue and gray at the Wade House State Park in Greenbush. Re-enactors who stay at the Huson House will receive a 10% discount with a two-night reservation. Abe Lincoln stayed with us in 2004! Greenbush is located 6 miles from the Inn.

Train Lovers Weekend
December 12-14, 2008
The popular steam locomotive is coming back! Plymouth will be decked out to greet Santa at the Plymouth Depot. Bring your camera for this rare opportunity to witness the arrival of an authentic early 1900 steam train with Santa in the caboose. The Depot is located one block from the Huson House.
